Product Content Analyst

The Product Content Analyst plays a pivotal role in research, data analysis & data entry and execution of new travel suppliers for sale wherever the Porter package product is displayed. This individual should possess strong product knowledge and understand the systems (TTS and dynamic connectivity, API) that Porter package product utilizes to leverage product positioning on the website to maximize conversion. The ability to create relationships with vendors, suppliers is an asset. Highly analytical and attentive to detail are key skill sets required for the data entry responsibilities of this role. Organized and able to multi-task, escalating any roadblocks or issues. The role takes on the task of product review and implementation, support and enhancement while following TICO regulation guidelines. This individual will need to be fully proficient in all product operations functions for dynamic property connections and static contracts using the systems and platform where the Porter package product is housed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan the integration and operational support of new suppliers alongside the Director of Porter package product
• Ensure all product components and pricing are fed through the Application Program Interface API from the businses partners
• Verification of the accuracy in costs, sale prices, promotions, inventory, system coding, commission structure(s), supplier information, and all other pertinent data and/or changes for the effective sale of all product
• Creation of the web pages linked to each product in RCM. (dashboard to display static content and images)
• Review inventory levels and communicate with suppliers where additional inventory is needed
• Ongoing competitive analysis to ensure we are maximizing conversion
• Follow up with suppliers on extended releases, product updates, and contract extensions to ensure all product data is available, up to date and accurate on TTS and the website
• Review tableau reports to ensure accuracy and use reports  for measurement of number of properties connected, forecasting and noting booking trends and pace to suggest any modification that will increase conversion and improve customer experience
• Responsible for assisting other team members with the day to day product testing in order to keep skills sharp and able to resolve loading issues quickly
• Build hotel shells in TTS
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity and all suppliers as it pertains to pricing
• Actively participate in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily opertations; understand, comply and promote the Company's safety policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Graduate
• Bilingual English/French and asset 
• Experience in an analytical role  
• Excellent computer skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced environment
